While Cathy most often works from quality photos, a sitting may be required to capture the desired details.
Prices vary, increasing with size and complexity. The smallest commissioned original oil landscape or impression paintings begin with an 8” x 8” size for $590.00 (unframed).
Portraits of a head & shoulder view are $3800 (up to 16” x 20”), 1/2 figure (up to 18” x 24”) $4500, 3/4 figure $9500 (up to 30” x 40”), and larger sizes and full figure view $10,000 and up depending on size (per person, with simple backgrounds). A non refundable 50% down payment is required at the time of a commission agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the painting. Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity, and usually requires months to complete due to the drying time of the layering process.
Limited Edition prints are available. Each limited edition print is hand signed and numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Framing, shipping, handling, travel, lodging, meals, photography and taxes are extra, when applicable. By law, artwork is copyrighted for the artist, and no copy may be made by a person other than the artist.
